These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of https://sonidenakhre.in (the "website") and to orders placed on it. The website is operated by GHSquare Enterprise ("Soni De Nakhre", "we", "us"), 105, Khodiyar Building, Near Torrent Power Katargam, Surat, 395004.
By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please also read our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle personal data.
These Terms explain our standard business practices. Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict or waive any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or waived under applicable law, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020. Where these Terms conflict with your statutory rights, your statutory rights prevail.
1. Using the Website
You may use the website for personal, lawful shopping purposes. You must not misuse it — see "Prohibited Activities" below.
2. Accounts
You can browse without an account. To check out, view your orders or write reviews, you need an account with a verified email address.
- Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
- Keep your password confidential and don't share your account. You are responsible for activity on your account unless it results from our failure to take reasonable security measures.

We may suspend or close an account that is used fraudulently or in serious or repeated breach of these Terms. Where reasonable, we will tell you why.
3. Product Information
We sell fashion (imitation) jewellery. We describe materials and finishes as accurately as we can.
Product photographs are intended to represent the products accurately. Minor variations may occur because of photography lighting, screen or display settings, manufacturing variation, material finish or product batch. This does not excuse a product that is materially different from its description — if that happens, see our Return & Refund Policy.
4. Pricing, Taxes and Charges
Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹). Before you pay, checkout shows the product price, any discount, shipping charges and any other applicable charges, and the total amount payable. Prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We will not add a mandatory charge after you have paid.
If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price because of an error, we will tell you before dispatch and you may either proceed at the correct price or cancel with a full refund.
5. Availability and Orders
Products are subject to availability. Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept your order when we confirm it (after successful payment for online payments). We may decline or cancel an order — for example, if an item is unavailable, a pricing error has occurred, the delivery address can't be served, or we reasonably suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund the full amount paid.
6. Payment
Payment terms are set out in our Payment Policy. Online payments are processed by third-party payment providers.
7. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are normally dispatched within 3–4 business days of confirmation; delivery takes additional time depending on your location and the courier. See our Shipping Policy.
8. Cancellations, Returns, Refunds and Damaged Products
Cancellations are governed by our Cancellation Policy. Returns, refunds and damaged, defective, wrong or missing items are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
9. Reviews and Other Content You Submit
You may submit product reviews in line with our Review Policy. You keep ownership of your content, but you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, reproduce and moderate it on the website and in connection with our products. You confirm your content is genuine, your own, and lawful.
10. Intellectual Property
The website's content — including product photographs, text, the Soni De Nakhre name and logo, graphics and design — belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, sell or use it commercially without our written permission. Sharing product links for personal, non-commercial purposes is welcome.
11. Prohibited Activities
You must not:
- use the website for fraud, or to place orders with payment methods you are not authorised to use;
- impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity;
- post fake, misleading, abusive or unlawful content, including fake reviews;
- try to gain unauthorised access to the website, other accounts or our systems, or interfere with the website's security or operation;
- scrape, copy or collect data from the website by automated means without our permission; or
- upload malware or harmful code.
12. Website Availability
We work to keep the website available and accurate, but it may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or reasons beyond our control. We may change or discontinue features of the website.

The website uses third-party services (for example, payment providers, couriers, and analytics if you consent). Your use of those services may also be subject to their own terms. Links to third-party websites (such as our Instagram) are provided for convenience.

This does not affect your right to approach the consumer commissions or other forums available to you under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, or the courts of competent jurisdiction in India.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force when you place an order applies to that order. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when these Terms last changed. For significant changes affecting account holders, we will give notice and, where required, ask you to accept the updated Terms.
